Leland Ulrich started home building in
1992 in Kentucky as an outlet for his creativity after building
storage, farm, and commercial buildings for several years. Later, he
and his family moved to Texas, the place they now call “Home, Sweet
Home”. After several years, Leland could not resist getting back
into the home building business so he and his cousin Corey Yoder
created a company called Corland Homes and they now have lots of fun
building houses. With Leland and Corey in the office full time, Sam
Yoder (Corey's brother) as field manager, Ernie Weaver as Building
Superintendent, and our great crews, we make an awesome team ready to
build your home.
